Customer / you / your: Any individual or legal entity placing an order through our website.

Products: All goods offered via our website, including but not limited to electronic devices and other items.

Agreement: Any purchase agreement concluded between us and the customer through the
webshop.

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by us and to every agreement concluded between you and us via our webshop.

3. Offers and Pricing

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing or product information are not binding.

We reserve the right to change prices and product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.

We offer various secure payment methods through our payment partners.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch products within the indicated delivery time.

Delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to any compensation or cancellation.

Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process.

6. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

During this period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Products that are custom-made or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty and Liability

We provide products as described on the website and offer no guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Electronic products are only covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the delivered products, including – but not limited to – damage to other devices, personal injury, or financial loss.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information on the website.

Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the specific product concerned.

8. Force Majeure

We are not obliged to fulfill our obligations in case of force majeure. Force majeure includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, disruptions in supply from third parties, etc.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the website content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, remain the property of us or our suppliers. It is not permitted to use this content without prior written permission.

10. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the product, via natures.madness.info@gmail.com.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where our company is registered.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order shall apply.
