2. Applicability
- These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Nature's Madness and to every distance contract concluded between Nature's Madness and a consumer via the online store or other online sales channels.
- Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer in a format that allows them to save and consult them.
- By placing an order, the consumer declares that they have read and agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Offer and Agreement
- The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Nature's Madness.
- The agreement is concluded when the consumer confirms the order via the webshop and has accepted the general terms and conditions.
- Nature's Madness reserves the right to refuse an order if it suspects misuse, fraud, or incorrect information.

4. Prices and Payment
- All prices on the Nature's Madness website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- If the consumer pays in a currency other than the euro, currency conversion fees or transaction costs from the bank or payment provider may apply. These costs are the consumer's responsibility.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply. These costs are not included in the sales price and are the customer's responsibility.
- Nature's Madness reserves the right to change prices, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
- Payment must be made via the secure payment methods offered on the website. The order will only be processed after payment has been received.

5. Delivery and Execution
- Nature's Madness will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders.
- Products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
- Nature's Madness strives to deliver within the specified timeframe. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified in a timely manner.
- If Nature's Madness cannot deliver within 30 days of ordering, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.
- For international shipping, delivery times may vary by country.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
- The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must clearly inform Nature´s Madness by email (natures.madness.info@gmail.com).
- The consumer can use the European mode withdrawal form, which will be provided by email upon request or can be downloaded from the website.
- After withdrawal, thge consumer has another 14 days to return the product.
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Nature's Madness will refund al payments (including any delivery costs for the original order) within 14 days of receiving the return notification, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
- Exclusions from the right of withdrawal apply to:
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., worn clothing, opened packaging);
- Products that have been custom-made or personalized;
- Digital downloads or software once delivery has begun with the consumer's consent.

7. Warranty and Conformity
- Nature's Madness guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the legal requirements of soundness (Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code).
- If a product does not conform to the agreement, the consumer is entitled to free repair or replacement.
- Manufacturer's warranties do not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Liability
- Nature's Madness is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product by the consumer.
- Nature's Madness's liability is limited to direct damage and to a maximum of the purchase price of the product in question.
- The limitations in this article do not apply if the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Nature's Madness.

9. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, was, strikes, fire, pandemics, or supplier disruptions), the performance of the agreement may be temporarily suspended or terminated without compensation.

10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the content of the website, such as texts, images, logos, and product descriptions, belong to Nature's Madness or its suppliers. Use or copying these rights without written permission is prohibited.

11. Complaints and Disputes
- Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to natures.madness.info@gmail.com within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects.
- Nature's Madness strives to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
- If the consumer is not satisfied with the handlig of the complaint, they can submit it to an independent dispute resolution body or the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
- Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the consumer's country.

12. changes
Nature's Madness reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. The version in effect at the time of the order applies to that agreement.

13. Product Safety and Legal Complaince
- Some products sold through the Nature's Madness webshop, such as gel blasters, electronic devices, and other gadgets, are subject to specific national or international regulations regarding use, age restrictions, or safety..
- It is the consumer's responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding use, age restrictions, or safety.
- Nature's Madness supplies products that comply with European and Dutch safety regulations and provides all relevant usage and safety instructions.
- Nature's Madness is not liable for damage or accidents resulting from improper or illegal use of the products by the consumer or third parties.
- Consumers must use the products safely and according to the instructions and keep them out of reach of children, unless otherwise indicated.
